Paypal/Shopify Payment for all online trasactions

We use Paypal because we believe it to be a very safe way to buy goods online. And it’s easy! You do not have to have a Paypal account or log-in to anything to process your order. Simply follow the instructions on the checkout page. Paypal is an international secure payment service used by millions of people every day for purchasing goods online. If we can trust it, trust us, you can trust it. You may pay for your purchases using any major credit card including Visa and Mastercard and you will receive confirmation of payment via email.

Bank / ATM Transfer / E-Transfer

After checking out your order, you may deposit to our bank account (we will notify you of the payment details once we receive your order). Please email or whatsapp us the payment slip with your order number. If payment is not received within 3 working days, the order will be cancelled.

To keep things simple, we have a relatively straight-forward shipping policy. We provide FREE DELIVERY on all Hong Kong orders over HKD400 (after discounts and vouchers have been applied). Orders under HKD400 will be subjected to a shipping fee of HKD20.

Delivery service explained

We dispatch orders on normal working days only - Monday to Friday. If you place an order on the weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day. We will typically ship an item out within 3-7 business days. We do not take responsibilities for any delays caused by payment authorization. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Delivery for international customers

Yes, we do international shipping!
The following charges apply to all orders placed from outside of Hong Kong. We provide FREE DELIVERY for orders over a certain amount (after discounts and vouchers have been applied, please refer to table below). Orders under a certain amount will be subjected to a shipping fee. All parcels shipped via our preferred courier service. 
Delivery times can vary depending upon destination country and local logistics situation, so please allow up to 3-8 working days for receipt of your goods. Import duties are solely the responsibility of the buyer and SOVOS will not be responsible for any import taxes or other charges arising from your purchase.
