For face, body, hair :To set makeup, rehydrate skin, freshen up, enhance mood or relieve stress throughout the day.
As a Facial Tonic : Apply gently to cleansed face, use before Face Treatment Essence.
As a Mask : Soak a face mask or cotton pads in Floral water and compress to the face or body to hydrate and soothe skin, leave on for 10 minutes.
Face Treatment Essence
Plant oils are rich in essential fatty acids which are naturally found in our skin. That means our skin absorbs this oil incredibly well. Fast absorbing and non greasy. Warm 2-3 drops on fingers, press gently onto moist skin and massage in upward and outward movements until absorbed.
Body Treatment Oil
Apply after bath on slightly damp skin, concentrating around abdomen (in clockwise direction), back, legs and arms in long firm strokes towards the heart. Ideally with aromatherapy massage. You can apply on area of concern; or be applied on skin before bath or add 5-10 ml of treatment oil to the bath to enhance the outcome.
Bath / Foot Bath: To soothe sore muscles, relax, support emotional balance and respiratory health. Dilute 4 drops of essential oils with 2 teaspoon (10 ml) plant oils (e.g. Argan oil)/ whole milk/ bath salt before adding to bath water. Relax for 10 - 15 minutes.
Direct Inhalation: For emotional support or treating respiratory conditions. 1-2 drops onto bed linen, tissues or handkerchiefs, allowing the aromatic molecules to be inhaled.
Steam Inhalation: Best way to relieve respiratory symptoms. 2-4 drops to a bowl of hot water (not boiling), close your eyes and gently inhale the vapor for 5-10 minutes.
Diffuse: To enhance mood, support emotional balance & respiratory health. Add 3-5 drops of essential oils to your favorite diffuser / burner.
Respiratory: Rub on neck, chest and upper back when needed.
Mind & Spirit: Apply on pulse points - behind the ears, underside of the wrist, inner elbow, behind the knees, and on the backs of the ankles.
Skincare: Apply 2 – 3 times daily on area of concern, or use as directed.
