Formulated by our Master Therapist, each bath and shower oil blend harnesses the potency of natural essential oils to offer mood enhancement and relief from cycle symptoms associated with menopause, perimenopause, and menstruation. 

How to use : 

1. Pour around 2ml in cupped hands.

2. Massage the oil to your body, shoulders and lower back, before getting into your bath or shower (You can also apply midst bath/shower).

3. Take a moment to breathe deeply by bringing your hands to your face and inhaling and exhaling deeply for five breaths.

4. Immediately after bath/shower, apply moisturizing oil or cream to lock in moisture. 

Accupressure application : 

Accupressure is a type of traditional Chinese medicine that involves applying pressure to specific points on the body to relieve symptoms and promote healing. Here are a few acupressure points that you can use to help soothe premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms:

  1. Spleen 6 (SP6): SP6 is located three finger widths above the inner ankle bone on the inside of the calf. Applying pressure to this point can help regulate the menstrual cycle, relieve cramps and bloating, and boost energy levels.

  2. Large Intestine 4 (LI4): LI4 is located in the fleshy area between the thumb and index finger. Applying pressure to this point can help relieve headaches, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve circulation.

  3. Stomach 36 (ST36): ST36 is located four finger widths below the knee and one finger width outside the shin bone. Applying pressure to this point can help boost the immune system, relieve fatigue, and improve digestion.

  4. Kidney 3 (K3): K3 is located in the depression between the inside ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. Applying pressure to this point can help improve sleep, reduce anxiety and stress, and boost energy levels.

When using accupressure, it's important to apply gentle pressure with your fingers, massaging the point for a few minutes at a time. You can also use a tennis ball or other object to apply pressure if necessary.
